IT managers and professionals working for the Dutch insurance company AEGON were offered a curriculum combining technology, service management and governance. Individual projects dealt with aspects of integrating each link along the value chain. The new IT solutions that were developed allowed AEGON to optimise collaboration with intermediaries.

Delft TopTech organises the technical part within the Young Talent Programme of the Dutch energy supplier Essent. Several energy sources, transport and distribution are described in a nutshell, emphasizing trends and developments.
|  | Business Aspects for Telecommunication
Intensive training sessions centred on strategic decision-making in a technical context allowed the Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor to formulate product innovations in a short span of time. These sessions were focussed specifically on telecommunications and Internet services in the healthcare sector.
|  | Energy, Technology & Business
Management trainees employed by the energy company NUON worked on developing realistic case scenarios. Delft TopTech trained them in all the necessary knowledge and skills, which they were able to translate into concrete results for NUON. The themes covered were regulations, market forces, techniques and strategy. A manager from NUON and a Delft University of Technology professor teamed up to address each individual theme.

A course was held on the design and development of the European Satellite Navigation system Galileo. The European Space Agency saw the knowledge of its specialists widened by professors from various European universities.
